On an Audi specifically
An Audi with a dead battery often cannot be pushed. The electronic parking brake stays applied and the gearbox stays in Park. Many models have an emergency release for the parking lock, and wheel skates handle the rest. Dragging a locked quattro car onto a truck damages the tyres and the drivetrain.

How quickly can a recovery truck reach me in Dubai?
Usually 20-35 minutes in Dubai, depending on traffic and where you are. If you are in a live lane or an unsafe spot, call the police first, then us. Send a live location pin, not a description.
Can my car be moved before the police arrive after an accident?
For a minor accident with no injuries, move the cars out of the traffic lane if they can roll, then report it through the Dubai Police app. A workshop will not accept the car without the police report.
My car is stuck in sand. What should I do while waiting?
Stop spinning the wheels. It only digs the car deeper until it sits on its belly. Switch off, stay with the car, share your location and keep water with you. Tell us how far you are from the tarmac.
What is the difference between recovery and towing?
Recovery is the urgent job: a car that has broken down, crashed or got stuck and needs getting out now. Towing is planned transport of a car from one address to another at a time you book ahead.
