Oil service
Engine oil with the correct VW approval and a new filter, with the level set and checked.

Engine air filter and cabin filter are inspected and replaced. Dust and sand clog both faster here.

Brake fluid, coolant and spark plugs are checked against the schedule and replaced when due.

Inspection and scan
Brakes, tyres, belts, hoses, battery and suspension are checked, and all control units are scanned for stored faults.
On an Audi specifically
An Audi shows two separate reminders: oil service and inspection. They run on different intervals and both need resetting. Items owners often miss are the S tronic fluid change, the oil in the rear quattro coupling on models like the A3 and Q3, and brake fluid, which is changed on time, not distance.

What is included in an Audi service?
An oil service covers oil, filter and basic checks. An inspection adds the cabin filter, air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs and a longer checklist, depending on age and mileage. We tell you which is due before booking.
Can I service my Audi outside the dealer?
Yes. Any competent workshop can service it with correct-spec parts and fluids. We are independent and not affiliated with Audi AG. If your car is under a manufacturer warranty or service contract, read its terms before deciding.
How often should an Audi be serviced in the UAE?
Follow the service reminder as a minimum. Heat, dust and short trips are hard on oil and filters, so many owners here service at least once a year, even when the car has covered little distance.
Do you keep a service record?
You get a written list of the work done, parts fitted and the oil used, with the date and mileage. Keep it with the car. A clear record matters when you sell, because buyers ask for it.
