Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with us. By booking, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask before you confirm a job.
1. About the service
We provide mobile 12V battery testing, jump starting, replacement and coding for cars in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we arrange certain garage, towing and recovery services through partner providers. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by AUDI AG or any vehicle or battery manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe the vehicles and products we work with.
2. Bookings and arrival times
A booking is made when you confirm a job by phone or WhatsApp after receiving a quote. Arrival times, including "20 to 35 minutes", are estimates based on normal conditions. Traffic, weather, access restrictions and demand can extend them. We will keep you informed, and a late arrival does not entitle either side to compensation.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices are not published on this website because they depend on the battery your car needs. You will receive a full price by phone or WhatsApp before any work begins, covering the battery, delivery, fitting and coding. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, unless the car turns out to need a different battery or additional work, in which case we explain and agree a new price with you first. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and instalment payments through Tabby and Tamara, subject to those providers' own approval and terms. A tax invoice is provided on request.
5. Battery warranty
Batteries we supply carry a warranty of up to 24 months. The exact period depends on the brand and type and is stated on your invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the battery.
- It does not cover failure caused by a vehicle fault, such as a faulty alternator or a parasitic drain
- It does not cover deep discharge from leaving the vehicle unused or accessories switched on
- It does not cover physical damage, accident damage, tampering or use in a different vehicle
- A claim needs the original invoice or the phone number used for the booking
- A confirmed defective battery is replaced, and the original warranty period continues
6. Other services
Jump starts and tests are services with no product warranty. If a jump start does not get the vehicle running because of a fault other than the battery, the call-out remains chargeable as quoted. Garage, towing and recovery work arranged through partners is carried out under the partner's terms, which we will share with you at the time.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before the technician has set off. If the technician is already on the way or on site, a call-out fee may apply, and you will be told the amount when you book. A battery that has been fitted cannot be returned for a refund unless it is defective, in which case the warranty applies. If we cannot complete a job for a reason on our side, you owe nothing.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorise work, that the information you give us about the vehicle is accurate, and that the technician will have safe and lawful access to it. Please remove valuables from areas we need to reach, such as the luggage compartment.
9. Old batteries
Unless you ask to keep it, the old battery becomes our property on replacement and is sent for recycling through licensed channels.
10. Liability
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. We are responsible for damage we directly cause through negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for faults revealed but not caused by a battery change, or for indirect losses such as missed appointments. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11. Website content
Information on this site, including battery locations, sizes and technical guidance, is general and provided in good faith. Vehicles vary by year, engine and market, so always confirm against your own car. The customer comments shown are examples of feedback we receive and individual experiences differ.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
