On an Audi specifically
On many Audi models the battery sits in the boot or under a seat, while the jump start points are under the bonnet. Start-stop cars use an AGM or EFB battery, and a new one must be registered to the energy management system. We carry the diagnostic tool to do that at the roadside.

How fast does roadside assistance arrive in Dubai?
Usually 20-35 minutes in Dubai, depending on traffic and your exact location. A live location pin saves the most time. For Abu Dhabi and Sharjah we confirm the expected arrival when you message or call.
Do I need a membership to call you?
No. There is no subscription. You message or call when you need help, we tell you what the job involves before we set off, and you pay for that job only.
My Audi will not start in the basement. Can you reach it?
Yes. Most battery jobs can be done right in the parking bay, including in low basements. Send the building name, the parking level and the bay number so the technician finds you quickly.
Can I jump start my Audi from another car myself?
You can, using the marked jump points under the bonnet, never the battery in the boot directly. Connect positive first, then the earth point. If the battery is old, it will likely fail again the next morning.
