1. Who we are

audibatteryreplacement.ae is an independent mobile car battery service operating in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with AUDI AG. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 166 8304 or by email at hello@audibatteryreplacement.ae.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to send a technician to you and to keep a record of the work.

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number and, if you choose, email address
• Service details: car make, model, year, chassis number if you share it, and the location of the vehicle
• Messages and photos you send through WhatsApp or by phone, such as a picture of a battery label
• Payment records: amount, method and date. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us
• Website usage data: pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, and referring page

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and dispatch a technician to the right place
• Identify the correct battery for your vehicle
• Issue invoices and record warranty details against your car
• Contact you about a job in progress or a warranty claim
• Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
• Measure whether our advertising leads to calls and messages

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site may use cookies and similar technologies from Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These record actions such as tapping the call or WhatsApp button so we can tell which adverts are useful. They do not give us your name or phone number.

Google may use this data to show our adverts to people who have visited the site. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without them.

5. WhatsApp and phone calls

When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this site and open a chat in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. We see your WhatsApp number, profile name and whatever you send us. Calls may be logged with the time, duration and number for service records.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where the service needs it:

• The technician assigned to your job receives your name, number, car details and location
• Payment and instalment providers, such as card processors, Tabby and Tamara, when you choose to pay through them
• Partner workshops or recovery providers, only when you ask us to arrange a service they carry out
• Authorities, where the law of the UAE requires it

7. How long we keep it

Job and invoice records are kept for the warranty period and for as long as UAE commercial record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted from our active records within a reasonable time.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Send the request by WhatsApp or email and we will act on it. This policy is intended to be consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No online service can promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

10. Children

Our services are for vehicle owners and drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
