Varta batteries for Audi, fitted in Dubai
Yes. Varta is one of the safest choices for an Audi in the UAE, because the brand is a known original-equipment supplier to European carmakers and its AGM range covers the large sizes Audi uses. We carry it in the van, drive to your home, office or car park, test the old battery, fit the new one and code it to the car.
Which Audis suit a Varta battery
Varta fits almost the whole Audi range. Start-stop cars from roughly 2012 onwards need AGM or EFB, and the large models such as A6, A7, A8, Q7 and Q8 typically take big H7 to H9 AGM batteries, which Varta makes. Older A3, A4 and TT without start-stop can run the calcium line. After fitting, we code the new battery to the car's energy management.
Every Varta battery we supply is delivered, fitted and coded at your location, with up to 24 months warranty.
Best suited to
- Start-stop Audis that left the factory with an AGM battery
- Large saloons and SUVs with heavy electrical loads
- Owners who want a like-for-like European replacement
Varta ranges we fit
-

Varta's absorbent glass mat line for start-stop cars with energy recuperation. This is the range we fit most often to A6, A7, A8, Q7 and Q8.
-
Blue Dynamic EFB
An enhanced flooded battery for entry-level start-stop systems. It suits smaller Audis that were built with EFB rather than AGM.
-
Silver Dynamic
A maintenance-free calcium battery with strong cranking power for older Audis that have no start-stop system.
Where Varta is strong
- Known original-equipment supplier to European carmakers
- Full spread of AGM sizes, including the largest cases
- Consistent quality from one production batch to the next
Worth knowing
- Sits at the upper end of the market on cost
- The largest AGM sizes can run short in peak summer, so we confirm stock before we set off
Varta compared
-
Varta vs Bosch
Both are German names with very similar AGM construction. Varta usually has the wider choice of large case sizes, while Bosch is the one many owners already know from workshop visits.
Bosch batteries -
Varta vs Exide
Both are known original-equipment suppliers in Europe. Varta leans towards the premium AGM end, and Exide gives you a broader EFB choice for smaller start-stop Audis.

Varta battery questions
Short answers. Anything else — WhatsApp us.
Is Varta the right battery for my Audi Q7?
In most cases, yes. The Q7 normally takes a large AGM battery and Varta Silver Dynamic AGM is made in those sizes. We check the label on your existing battery and the car's data before fitting, then code the new one.
How long does a Varta battery last in UAE heat?
Commonly two to three years. Heat is what shortens battery life here, and that applies to every brand. Regular longer drives and a healthy charging system help. We test the alternator output at every fitting so the new battery is not undercharged.
Does a new Varta battery need coding on an Audi?
Yes, on any Audi with a battery energy management module. We register the new battery's type, capacity and serial details with a diagnostic tool on site, so the car charges it correctly and start-stop works again.
What warranty comes with a Varta battery from you?
Our batteries carry a warranty of up to 24 months, depending on the battery type. The technician writes the fitting date and your plate number on the invoice, and that invoice is all you need for a claim.
