On an Audi specifically
The label inside your Audi fuel flap states the minimum octane. Most TFSI engines ask for 95 or higher, so we bring Special 95 or Super 98, never E-Plus 91. After refuelling, leave the ignition on for a few seconds before starting so the pump can refill the lines. Do not keep cranking a dry engine.

How fast can you bring fuel in Dubai?
Usually 20-35 minutes in Dubai, depending on traffic and where you stopped. Share a live location pin so the driver does not lose time looking for you. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are covered too, and we confirm the timing when you message.
I put the wrong fuel in my Audi. Can you help?
Yes, but not with a fuel top-up. Do not start the engine and do not switch the ignition on. The tank needs draining at a workshop, so we arrange a recovery truck and book the drain for you.
How much fuel do you bring?
Enough to get you to a station, not a full tank. Tell us roughly how far the nearest station is when you message. On the highway that can be further than you think, so we bring enough to cover it.
Do you deliver diesel as well?
Yes, on request. Tell us the engine is a TDI before we set off. A diesel that has run completely dry may need the fuel system bled before it starts, so do not keep cranking while you wait.
