What is different about a Foday battery
Foday has grown quickly in the UAE, and its cars mostly use standard DIN batteries that are easy to source. The newer plug-in and electric models rely on a small 12V battery to wake the car, and that is the one we are usually called for.
Our vans are set up around Audi, which makes them well equipped for any car with monitored batteries and coding needs. For Foday we bring the same tester, memory keeper and diagnostic tool.
What we check on a Foday
- Standard DIN sizes, usually in stock
- Electric and hybrid models still have a 12V battery
- Many are still within manufacturer warranty, so check first

Can you get a battery for a Foday?
Yes. Foday models use common battery sizes. Send us the model and year, or a photo of the current battery label.
Will replacing the battery affect my Foday warranty?
A like-for-like 12V battery replacement is routine maintenance. If the car is new and the battery failed early, ask the dealer first since it may be covered.
